Jesse Harris

Director

Jesse is one of the two founders and directors of Harris & Williams, bringing with him over 15 years of electrical experience. After finishing year 12 in 2007, Jesse jumped straight into work the following Monday and hasn’t stopped since. Jesse’s exceptional work ethic and understanding of the industry has helped shape Harris & Williams into the successful business it is today. In his free time, you can find him with either his 3 little boys, or on the coastal rocks with a fishing rod in hand.

Jade Williams

Director

Jade is one of the two founders and directors of Harris & Williams, bringing over 20 years of experience. After finishing school in 2003 he jumped straight into his electrical apprenticeship becoming qualified in 2007. Jade started his own business (WE Electrical) in 2011 and then teamed up with Jesse in 2016 creating Harris & Williams. His passion, dedication and drive has shaped Harris & Williams into what it is now. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, or getting away as a family.

Jacob Berry

Electrical Site Foreman Major Works

Jacob started working for Harris & Williams as an ASBA student while completing his schooling in 2019 so we have had the pleasure of watching him grow and develop into the tradesman he is today. Becoming qualified in 2022, he quickly progressed and developed his skills further by recently becoming level 2 certified. His dedication, quality of work and professionalism makes him an integral part of the company. In his free time, he enjoys golf, boxing or time with his mates.

Sam Lewis

4th Year Apprentice

Sam joined the H&W team early 2020 as an electrical apprentice. He is now well into his third year and has shown nothing other than dedication and a high quality of work throughout his apprenticeship. Sam has definitely become an integral part of our team with his eagerness to learn proving he will be an amazing tradesman. In his spare time, Sam enjoys time with his mates or catching up on the AFL, NRL & NBA.

Koby Conroy-Boceski

3rd Year Apprentice

Koby is one of our first-year electrical apprentices. He joined us during 2022 as a work experience student and during that week with us he demonstrated a keen attitude and fantastic capabilities, so we offered him an opportunity to join us as an apprentice. He has become a great asset to our team, and we are keen to see his development over the course of his apprenticeship. If he isn’t on the tools with us, you’ll usually find him working at the local, or on the baseball field.

Ben Stevenson

Ben is the newest member of our team, bringing with him qualifications in both electrical and refrigeration. With 20 years of experience in the industry his knowledge and understanding is second to none. Ben would be an asset to any team, but we are fortunate enough to have him with us. In his spare time, Ben can be found enjoying a game of NRL or taking well deserved family trips in the caravan.

Alex Willey

Minor Works Manager

Alex joined the team in 2021 after returning from Darwin. As a 3rd year electrical apprentice, his knowledge and understanding are well beyond his years. Alex brings a great attitude, work ethic and standard of quality to the team, there is no job to big or small that he can’t handle. When he isn’t at work, he spends his time with his little boy or out on the bush tracks in his 4X4.

Caleb Edwards

Calab joined our team in 2022 as an air-conditioning and refrigeration apprentice. While he may be the quietest in the team, his work and dedication don't go unnoticed. His confidence and knowledge in the field has been a great reflection of his commitment to this apprenticeship. He will be a fantastic tradesman once he is qualified. In Calab’s spare time he’s usually found on the field with his other passion, NRL.

Baydon Shipton

Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Site Foreman Major Works

Bayden joined the team in 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in refrigeration. His expertise and dedication make him a top technician, known for delivering quality workmanship and reliable service. Outside of work, Bayden enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, making the most of family adventures. When he’s not with them, you’ll likely find him out on the track, tackling tough terrain and pushing his rig to the limits in rock crawling.

Jye Rice

Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Mature Age Apprentice

Jye joined the team in 2024 is a highly capable, hands-on worker with a strong work ethic. Previously a 'Qualified Diesel Mechanic' A problem-solver skilled in diagnostics, repairs, and improvising fixes, he thrives on mechanical challenges. He loves four-wheel driving, pushing his vehicle’s limits, and working on upgrades in his spare time. Patient, persistent, and always willing to work back and get the job done. He prefers the outdoors, spending weekends off-roading or under the hood.
